Matt Black ABS sheets for Boat Instrument Panels

This is the same material that we have been supplying the marine industry for over 20 years. For instrument panels - we recommend using 3/16"

Matt black ABS sheets is composed of a substrate (ABS) laminated with a decorative finish (black) then capped with a clear film which provides additional UV protection.

ABS is an easily machined, tough, lost cost rigid thermoplastic sheet with high impact strength. Ideal for drilling, milling, sawing, die-cutting and shearing.

Available in a variety of options

• Black ABS: standard option for customers who are not engraving the panel
• White ABS: this option is for customers who want to engrave the plastic (the white ABS is how you get white letters) 

Note: To avoid white edges - some customers silk screen panels.

Please note: Matt Black Acrylic is also used for gauge panels.
